Michael: Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a quick look at the Taylor Made Chafe Guards.These chafe guards are going to install on your three quarter inch to one inch diameter dock lines. They're going to help protect your dock line from chafing and tearing against your boat's chocks. It's also going to help keep your ropes from damaging your boat's paint or gel coat. It's going to be great for when you have your boat docked or moored overnight, even in a stormy area that has frequent waves or anything like that.It's very simple to get installed.
It just slides right over your ropes, through your guards and secures with the included ties that we have here. We're going to get plenty of these to make sure that our guards are staying put.They are made of a flexible UV resistant polyester. That's easily going to fit through your boat's chocks. And it's going to work really well to just make sure that everything is free from abrasion and damage. So these are made here in the USA.
