Today we're going to be taking a look at the Ultimate Tuff Combo License Plate Frame and Smoke-Tinted Shield. You can see here that the license plate frame is black in color, it's going to add some style to the vehicle with a nice sleek shiny look. That's made from a durable plastic construction and then it's going to have this smoke tinted license plate bubble shield. What that does is it protects the licence plate, it keeps it clean. That's going to made of a UV-resistant poly-carbonate plastic. It's guaranteed not to crack or break. Those are going to be 2 separate pieces.
Really easy installation. The kit's also going to come with 2 sets of fasteners, so you're going to get standard and you're going to get metric. It's a patented design, it's going to use a special key which is on this set over here. This is a lock in star pin style key so that's really going to help deter theft of your plate and frame. Basically what that is it's just a very unique Allen bolt or Allen key that's used to tighten and loosen the hardware and it's not very common for other people to have that exact same tool.
Again, that's going to help deter theft of your plate and your frame. It's going to include 4 black plastic fastener caps right here, so that's going to give the hardware a nice clean finished look. This is engineered to show more plate in all 50 states. Please keep in mind this may not be legal in your state, so be sure and check your state's regulations. Works great on my 2016 Ram 2500 front and back bought it originally because Ram doesnt make a front plate holder for the 2500/3500 watched the video on etrailer.com you dont need extra hardware this comes with everything you need!! This is a excellent product. I wanted to finish off my project with stainless steel screws and I was looking for where to buy them.
