Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Putco Stainless Steel Fender Trim Kit for the Ford Super Duty trucks. Now, this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 1999 to 2007 Ford 350 Super Duty Regular Cab, Crew Cab and Super Cab trucks. And on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model of vehicle, and it'll show you if this will work for your application. Now this is a nice, bright stainless steel trim, which will increase the curb appeal of your vehicle.
It is a 304 stainless steel construction, so it is very durable and rust resistant. It is a very easy installation. This will let you customize your vehicle on your own, and the kit does include the stainless steel hardware for screw mounting, and instructions are included for a no drill installation. Now I did want to show you, we're gonna zoom in here, if you look up close, let me get the piece up front here so you can see it has a nice, if you look on them, all the pieces have this rubber UV resistant rubber edge on it, provides more secure fit when these are installed. And if you look on the very back, you can see the sticker right there.
You can see where it shows you the position that this trim piece will go on, so each piece of trim has this sticker on it and shows the location of which part it fits, what side it fits on the truck. Now the full design of these pieces allow for greater coverage of the wheel wells, and it is for a quantity of four trim pieces. Relatively easy to install & very good quality. Although fit was not perfect it was close. Makes a big improvement in the appearance of my black Ford dually.
The first set we got was unfortunately mispackaged, but etrailer did an awesome job sending us a refund and the replacement kit right away. We really appreciate the service.
