Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer E-track Tool Holders. These are gonna be simple, easy to pop in solutions for your E-track to hang a tool from. The two options just come in different sizes, but they hold the tools all the same and share all the same benefits that you expect from an E-track system, being able to move it around on a whim and organize things in your trailer or your garage. Let's check it out. You can see up close a little bit better how this happens.

The tool holder is made of this somewhat flexible plastic material, it's still pretty rigid though, but it has enough movement in there that I can actually get the tools in or out and mounting it up, and then, it'll rest inside the tool holder like that. So obviously, you're gonna want to put it maybe shovel end or handle end up, something to stop it from just falling straight through, but overall, I'd say it does a great job. And the only difference here is going to be the sizes, and that's of the inner diameter of what size handle it can actually accept. The smaller one that I'm holding in my hand is going to be a 1 5/16 inch diameter, and the larger one over here holding our shovel is gonna be a 1 5/8 inch diameter. The openings there are just gonna be slightly different, the larger one has a slightly larger opening and the smaller one has a somewhat smaller opening for those smaller handles.

It's a steel construction on the metal part on the back here, and it's gonna have a yellow zinc plating. That plating is gonna help it resist rust and corrosion over time, so even if you have this outside on an open trailer exposed to the element somewhere, it's going to hold up. And that's all there is to it. It's a really simple way to hang up your tools in your E-track or your X-track system. We do offer a couple different other accessories like some hooks to hang your tools up that'll work with your E-track systems, and those I think could be good if you've got a range of different shovels that you maybe wanna all hang together, but maybe that's also a better option for a garage where it's not gonna be moving.

In a trailer, I think this is gonna be ideal. You get a piece of E-track that extends side to side and you can hang all your tools up next to each other, and something like this is gonna hold it in a lot more securely but not too securely, easy enough to get out when you need it and pop back in when you're done. I think it's just going to be a better solution for something like a trailer where things are gonna be moving around a little bit more, but that's just me. You might find the hooks fit your needs just fine, really just depends on what you plan on carrying and how much of it you need to carry. But this has been our look at the two different sizes of tool holders for your E-track systems.
