Covercraft SeatSaver shape diagram

The diagram above shows the shape of the seat covers included with this Covercraft SeatSaver set. Your vehicle's seats should match the shape of the seats in the diagram.

SeatSavers protect your vehicle seats without the inconveniences of typical seat covers. The SeatSavers are custom fit to your specific seats - so there's no sagging or rumpling - and they are constructed of durable, breathable fabric for lasting comfort.

SeatSaver covers slip on and off easily and protect your entire seat from dirt, children's messes, pets, harmful UV rays and everyday wear and tear. SeatSaver's custom-fit design also allows unrestricted access to adjustment knobs and seat belts.

Typical neoprene seat covers create a "sticky" effect in hot weather. But the SeatSaver seat protectors are made from a breathable poly cotton fabric that won't stick to you on hot summer days, even as the drill-weave construction ensures strong, durable covers.

The material is treated with a durable water repellency (DWR) finish that stops most spills from ever reaching your seats through the covers. And SeatSavers are easy to clean when accidents happen. Just pop the SeatSavers into the washer, throw them into the dryer and slip them back onto the seats.

Video Transcript for Covercraft SeatSaver Custom FrontSeat Covers Installation - 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 regular cab, we're going to be installing the Covercraft SeatSaver, custom seat covers for the front. They're available in misty gray, in charcoal black, and gray, and finally in taupe. They're custom fit. As you can see, they're gonna offer us full coverage on our driver and passenger seats, as well as the head rests, and our center seat cushion, with console. It's still going to allow us access to our seat belts and it even replaces our rear pocket with a new one, so we don't lose it.It's made out of a breathable poly cotton material. It's going to provide strength and durability, so it won't tear over time, and the best part is it won't stick to you on a hot day.

They're very easy to clean. You simply just remove them, pop them in the washer and dryer, reinstall them, and you're done. Now that we've gone over the features, I'll go ahead and show you how to get the Covercraft seat covers installed. First off, to get a good glance at our seats now, they are brand new as it's a brand new truck. We want to protect them and make them last a long time. Our first step to getting them installed is to remove our headrest, so we'll lift up. I'm to press in on the button here.

There's also a hole right here. You'll need to press this the same time as the button, so you can use a small screwdriver. Just put it in there, press in, and then we can pick up on the head of this and remove it. Now since we've got the head rests off, let's go ahead and put the cover on it.Now our kit is going to come with two covers. They're both the same.

Now our headrest has a long side and a short side. We'll just match up our cover and put it on like so. Make sure you pull it all the way on, that way it gets all of the wrinkles out of it and it'll look halfway nice. We'll turn it upside down. We'll take our flap, pull it tight, and then connect our hook and loop, just like that. Now let's do our back rest and our seat cushion.

It's all one piece. Our Seatsaver logo is going to be on the outside. We'll put our back rest in place first. It just slips over the top. Once you've got both sides lined up, you can just pull it down over the top. Be sure to line up the corners, that it's straight.Once we get our back rest pulled down, the seat cushion portion has a little tab underneath of it with an attached strap. This is going to get tucked between our back rest and our cushion. From there, we can then take our elastic portion and put it over our seat. Now you'll want to be sure to tuck it in around the trim, and pull it back towards our seat belt, making sure that the corner lines up nicely. Here on the door side, we've got some more trim, so we'll need to be sure to pull it in around and tuck. This right here is an anchor. It gets tucked between the seat and the trim. This is going to prevent it from coming back out. Be sure to tuck that in.I've gone ahead and folded my seat forward. That way, I can easily access that strap underneath. We can just reach between the seams and pull that strap out, and then you can see our little tab popped out here. That is going to go underneath our seat towards the front of the cushion and we're gonna connect it to the buckle.Once we've drawn the strap to the front, before we connect it, we'll take our hook and loop flap here, pull it down nice and tight and connect it to the carpet behind our seat. That's going to prevent it from sliding up or coming undone. Now we can take the buckle, we want to be sure to run this the correct way. That way it doesn't loosen up over time, so we're going to run it through the top here and back down through. As you can see, as we pull it, the strap won't come back out, so we want to connect it, and then pull it nice and tight. By doing so, it's going to pull the back portion of the cushion towards the seam of the seat and make it nice and tight around our cushion. You don't want to pull it too tight because you can tear it, so just get it nice and snug and then you're all set. You're ready to reinstall your head rest. Perfect. We're ready to repeat the same process on the passenger side. With our driver and passenger sides covered, let's go ahead and work on our center cushion. We'll do the cushion portion first. We'll want to line it up to where our hook and loop tabs are facing up right here. These are going to get tucked between our seat. The elastic portion is going to go around the corners here in the front. Be sure to stretch them out. Get underneath all the way.Once we get our cover most of the way on our cushion, we'll take our tab on each side, it looks like this, push it down behind our seat belt as far as we can because we need to be able to access from the back. Then, we can fold down our console, and we need to be able to grab it so we can connect it to the back. As you can see, here's the tab here. We need to be able to stretch it up over and connect it, just like that. We'll want to be sure to fold it up slightly. Take the large portion with the elastic and we're just going to put it over the top for now, just like this, because we're going to be pulling it down later.Take the tab here and tuck it between. Again, we just need to be able to access from the back. From here, we can pull it up over and we need to be able to wrap it around the front, so if you can't quite make it, keep pulling towards the back, adjusting your elastic, and then you should get just enough, pull right over the corners. Just kind of straighten it up. This is going to provide some good protection for the padding on the top of your console here.Once we get the top all figured out, we can open it up. We want to take this band here and put it just behind our latch. That will further help it, prevent from coming undone. Then we can close it up and finish working our way around the sides. We've got a belt here that needs to come around to the back side and connect to its other half. Want we want to do is, we want to stretch it, make it look good, make sure it's covering everything that we wanted to cover, and we'll pull the two together and connect it like so. You can straighten up as needed. As you can see, it's going to offer us full protection. With everything connected, our seats are covered, and that's going to complete our look at the Covercraft SeatSaver custom seat covers for the front.

Nice fit

by:

Good quality material but not 5 stars because I had a fitment issue on my 2014 Ram 1500 Sport. On the driver seat, in the area that gets the most wear (the left edge), I can't get the seat portion to stay in place at the rear where it meets the seat back. See photo. The little hacky sack cloth ball intended to fit between seat cushion and seat shell is too far forward to hold the cover in place and it slips forward in the one place where protection is really needed. Seems like there should be a Velcro strap or something sewed to the cover to loop around the seat frame and hold it in place. If not for this. my rating would be 5 stars.

by:

Unfortunately, the custom seat covers did not fit. The material was durable and what we needed. In order to make it somewhat work, we had to remove seams and sections of the custom seat covers.

by:

The covercraft seat covers are top-qual ity.

by:

I've had this rear seat cover for one year now and it's held up very well with two little kids. I would highly recommend.

My only recommendation for improvement is to allow for a little extra material for when the rear seats are reclined a little bit.

by:

The covered are great and I am happy with them. Only 4 stars, because the headrest covers are too small for the headrest. But super washable, stay in place, and do the job well.

by:

Great seat covers (used them for a year now), they are thick, durable and fit well. They seem to resist stains as long as you wipe it up quickly. I would recommend to a friend and purchase again.

by:

Traded the car these were purchased for back in march 23, but for the time I had it these covers did their job quite well, I would add that the quality is nearly as good as the equivalent Carhartt brand covers (Material is slightly thinner) but for avg use in a non work vehicle they are quite sufficient and at a much more economical cost.

by:

One of the best materials I’ve ever had for seat covers, and that have lasted more than 2 months, very comfortable and washable.great product.THANK YOU

by:

These are the best seat covers on the market. Great fit and look. Heavy duty and easy to install. I have them on both my RAV 4 and Highlander.

by:

I bought these seat covers for my 2018 Subaru Forester because I go to work in my community garden plot every day and did not want to get dirt on my car upholstery. After a year, the seat covers still look good and fit properly. I park outside and have not noticed any fading at all. Nor are there any signs of wear. I am very happy to have purchased them.

by:

Please DO NOT buy this product for your Venza. There is NO WAY to keep them from slipping out of the bottom seat. I am so frustrated that I will be throwing them away!!! I bought them in July of this year.

by:

I loved the seat covers they fit perfect. the material they are made is great

by:

This seat cover is poorly designed. There is not a strap on the front of the cover to prevent the cover from coming loose on the seat. As you side into the seat it comes loose every time when you get in the car normally. The only way it will stay on is to lift up your buttocks while getting in. I emailed Covercraft customer service about the problem, however I never received a response.

by:

This is the third set of Seatsaver Seat covers that I have bought. They were great for my previous 2 vehicles. These are no exception. The figment guide says that it will not fit a 2010, but they fit my 2010 Jeep Commander great. I will keep buying them for all my vehicles. E trailer is great to deal with too. Great prices and fast shipping.

by:

This is my 2nd set of 3rd-row canvas seat covers for my 2014 Escalade ESV. I got a good 2-3 years from the 1st set that I procured from etrailer.com. which was, in my perspective, an admirable duration, given that I have 5 dogs, 2 +125lb German Shepard and Rotty mixes, a 50lb English Bulldog, a 70lb Bassett Hound and a 25lb Pug.

My 2 big dogs practically live in the 3rd row seating area, as they pretty much go along with me on my daily travels. Drool, water, lots of shedding hair, mud and assorted particles of whatever mystery material they were traipsing through that day, all end up on those seat covers....

In fact, I currently have both the original and the replacement set of seat covers covering the 3rd row fold-away seats, as the perforated leather seat material is fairly thin and even with the durable canvas material of the seat covers, I still did incur a few rips of the underlying leather seat surfaces. So far, the double layer approach has withstood the daily abuse they inflict.

by:

I own a Honda Ridgeline and ordered the cotton back seat covers to protect our leather from the dogs. Fit is very good, a nice surprise given the complexity of the seats. Can't comment on durability yet, but the stitching looks tight.

by:

Really wish I hadn't purchased these. They were for my year and make of vehicle, but they would not stay on the bottom seat. People or my dog getting in and out always untucked them. The arm covers will just slide on and off, so spent more time sliding them back all the way on.

by:

The etrailer folks are outstanding! Great products, reviews, and customer service. This Covercraft SeatSaver is working out fine. I have two small children and wanted something under their car seats to protect the fabric seats. This product installs with mild to moderate difficulty, but stays in place perfectly. It has complete coverage of the bottom and back of the seat. It has withstood moderate abuse just fine. We haven't had to test whether it could stand up to a solid soaking, though.

by:

Best seat cover I have ever seen/used. Bought this for my parent's new Jeep Grand Cherokee with leather seats. They have a 100 pound lab that is the sweetest thing but at the same time is just destructive even in her sleep... LOL. Anyhow these covers fit perfect haven't budged in the slightest and the seats remain very protected. I will be buying these for all my new cars in the future! They are the "Weather Tech" of seat covers!

by:

Rear seat covers fit/look /work great. Front pass seat, the same as rear. Driver's seat bottom cover for whatever reason, does not want to stay put. Left side by thigh area seems to keep sliding forward all the time. Don't recall previous covers (same product) doing this.. Annoying, yes, but still a great product!

by:

You sent the wrong seat covers

by:

Très bon produit.

These seat covers fit well and were quite easy to install. They are very durable and have withstood the one-year test of family and pet use.

by:

Thank you for the inquiry - nothing but love for the product utility and quality given the extreme circumstances they are subject to - that said I did have one suffer a small tear in the seat bottom - nothing a needle and HD thread from a canvas repair kit didn't make easy work if, but that said, I did suffer an underlying rip in the leather seat bottom, of which I do believe will be but a minor repair

Also, I experienced assorted fitment issues, again nothing too complex nor frustrating, but did require a bit of creativity to overcome the effects of 4 100lb dogs

Pictures attached to further clarify my comments
