What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out the Rampage bench seat center console. So, if you don't already have a center console on your bench seat you can set this in place, buckle it in underneath, and have some storage space for all your stuff. Let's check it out. You can use this in your front or back seat, Here in the rear I don't have a center console, so when people are riding back here they have nowhere to put their drinks or their stuff, so this is gonna help provide that. You can see right away, there's two cup holders up front.
They can't adjust, so you can push these in to adjust the different sized cups, they'll hold it in place when you're driving. So you just push those in, there's a button on the side you hit and we're gonna return it to normal. The console fits really well here, right in the middle of the seat. It's not in the way, it's not too far on one side or the other. Also looking underneath, you're gonna see there's a loop, that's where you can run your seatbelt through it.
Now, it depends on what kind of seatbelt you have or the bench seat. If you have it in the center and you have one that comes across the lap, it's gonna run through there and secure it in place. That way you don't have to worry about it moving around when you're driving. Now, if you have one that goes over your shoulder like this, it's not gonna be able to go slide through there and attach that way. This is gonna work for the wide variety of bench seats on vehicles, but want to give you some dimensions.
Just so you can make sure it's gonna fit in yours. So you're gonna have 16 and a half inches long. It's gonna be eight and a half inches wide. And it's gonna be nine inches tall. So that gives you a better idea if it's gonna fit or not.
Overall, I like the center console with the cup holders. It always helps to be organizing your vehicle. I'd rather have everything all in one place than trying to search around for it, especially the miscellaneous things that don't really have a spot anywhere else. With the CDs and snacks and all the other stuff we put in here, it's nice that they're all contained and I know where I can look to find them. I don't have to reach around, like I said in the glove boxes or look in other spots. It's all gonna be right here when I need it. This was for my son's car. He did not have much storage or cup holders, so this solved the issue for him. He really likes the storage, it's enough for his whatnots that he wants in his car. The only thing that neither of us liked as much is the way it secures with the seatbelt. It works, (holds it in place at the seat back), but it still moves to the right or left on the front side easily. He ended up not using the seatbelt to secure it since it was moving so much anyway. His interior is a lighter tan color and we were not sure about this color, but it was the only available color at the time. Turns out it worked great with his interior.

My order arrived quickly. I was a bit concerned due to the condition of the packaging- torn, cardboard missing , taped up. I immediately contacted etrailer via email with photos. Thankfully the item was not damaged. I doubt the company sent the item in this packaging. But I hope etrailer contacts their carrier to complain.

The console was just what we were looking for. Looks good and seems well made. And, completely surprised when UPS brought it just 5 days after it was ordered. I figured it wouldn't get here until next week. Prompt service and nice product. How can you go wrong?

Worked out on fine. I had to be creative in securing the console since original equipment is screwed in on both sides allowing the console to be pivoted upwards. I do need your help with seat covers. Same 2005 ford ranger with a split bench seat. The drivers seat is wider I’ve heard referred to as an extended seat. Please let me know what you can do with this. Thanks Nick

Looks good On my back bench seat . But looks like it was designed for a lap belt to secure it. My seats don’t have a lap belt just the three point. Hope it stays secure when driving.
