Adam: Hi guys, this is Adam from etrailer. Today we're going to be installing the PTC Cabin Air Filter for the 2016 Chrysler Town & Country. So this is the air filter we're going to be installing today. It's a very easy procedure. And what this is going to do, it's going to clean all that air entering into your cabin. So let me go and show you how to install this into your vehicle.So the first thing you're going to want to do is empty your glove box.
And you're going to open it and put your hands on the left and right side of this, and just pull these little tabs down. And it's going to sit there and hang. But the next thing you got to do after that is you need to get this little housing with the string that holds it up, and you got to take that out of place. So all you really have to do is lean it up a little bit and push it out like that from the inside. And once that's done, you can just sit there and let that hang.And it gets even easier.
All you have to do is just take this little face plate off holding these two tabs on the side, and lay that down for later. And then you could reach in there and grab your dirty filter. As you can see, this is a very dirty filter compared to our new one, and especially, you can actually notice there is a lot of leaves and debris that made it in here as well. So it's very, very good to be cleaning these out frequently as a lot of dirt and debris get clogged up into this filter.So one thing you need to make sure is, look at these arrows, and they we're pointing up, so that's where we want to place it. So as you set it in there with the arrows pointing up, it just goes right in.
You take your face plate and you simply just put this on, making sure that the letters are upright.The next thing you want to do is take your glove box lid and prop it up like this, and as you're doing that, you need to pull on the string and you have to keep the tension going because it is springloaded. And you kind of got to maneuver your way and put this little guy back in its place. And once it's done there, it sits there, and after that, again, you just pull on these tabs. And then we're all done. Simple as that..

I got the filter, but had a hard time installing it, as it was a bit longer than the oem filter. But in the end, I got it installed.

This poor quality cabin filter doesn’t even fit the space for it and it’s way below OEM quality. Now, it that weren’t enough it came looking like a rodent had peed on it!
Another great product, these need to be changed out at least every year and this is a way above average quality cabin filter. Will purchase again from etrailer.com

The PTC CABIN FILTER #3705 is a great value. Cost is always a factor when purchasing a disposable product, unless you have a lung disorder. Just keep in mind, it may be a long wait for delivery. Ours took several weeks to arrive ... Slow boat from China??
