I own a 2006 Sportsmobile (ford e250) I have added extra leaf springs, up graded to bilstein shocks and added a hellwig rear sway bar and the van still did not track well driving at any speed. The roadmaster stabilizer was the ticket. The van feels much more stable and it is easier to drive and has also reduced driving fatigue.871352

If the vehicle continues to pull to the right or left, the stabilizer can be adjusted to one side or the other as outlined in step 7 of the instruction which Ive linked for you.

Wonderful. E350 passenger van, drive it mostly on vacations from Michigan to Disney. The stabilizer makes a world of difference with straight line stability. No constant steering corrections needed. Long trips are no longer a chore on the driver.

Received yesterday in a very timely matter as usual from etrailer. Installed it on my E350 Van this morning. Installation was easy, and the directions were well written, and easy to follow. (not exactly sure how much to tighten the ends of the shock body when compressing the bushings), so, I just tightened enough to seat the bushings well.
Took a 8 mile shakedown run thru the neighborhood, & more on the 1hwy.
Didn't have a load as I usually do, seemed a little harder to steer, not much. Didn't really notice the "return to center" much. It's windy along the coast, and I did notice the van didn't' wander as much as it has in the past. I'm pretty sure it'll work better when I have a load. 577442

Helped the loose front end of my E-350 van860974

First, I did have to grind off corner of the plate that mounts under leaf spring bolts. It would not lay flush so I tapered one of the edges where it met the axel a little bit till it laid flush. I did buy a 3/4 inch wrench set but with an rv, it's good to have and will possible allow me to get the 22.5 inch wheels off in an emergency. This with a good solid 3' pipe and I was able to fairly easily break the leaf spring bolts free. I used boards to ensure the fronts tires were fairly straight, laying them alongside the tires and eyeballing to see where they lined up with the back tires which are about 4 inches wider than the front outside width. I mounted the steering stabilizer and took it for a test drive and it was good the first time, no additional adjustments needed. Feels good on the road, good around turns, and even at low speeds around the driveway, I did not notice any extra effort to turn the wheel due to the heavy spring on the stabalizer. Put about 75 miles on it and it feels solid and stable though no high winds or passing semi trucks yet. But my 2007 ford f53 22000 lb chassis under a holiday rambler admiral body has always felt pretty good. Just trying to make better, next up is the new koni evo fsd heavy duty shocks coming today.1777657

Installing the steering stabilizer really made a difference. You have to be careful to have your front wheels as straight as possible. I had to make an adjustment after install as it made my motorhome pull to the right. The Ford dealer quickly made the adjustment and it really tracks straight down the highway now. It tightened up my steering as well - I'm very pleased with this product.1776465

What a difference this made. I was on the fence about this for quite a while because of the investment needed. Now that’s it’s on my 2018 Coachman Freelander 28QB sitting on a Ford E450 my only advice is don’t wait any longer, put this on as soon as possible! It took all of that steering wheel shake out. No need to hang on with a death grip anymore. The stabilizer is very easy to put on, it took me about 1 ½ hours to complete including taking the old one off. Just follow the great video and printed instructions from etrailer and you will have no problems at all.664178

I installed this on my 2003 Chevy Express 3500 Roadtrek Class B motorhome to help with steering wander. It improved the issue by about 75%. A noticeable improvement. The instructions were a little difficult to follow, but with some tech support help, I was able to remedy the issue by reversing the position of the small end bracket (see pic) that attaches to the steering center link. This is basically a shock absorber (dampener with spring) mounted horizontally on the steering Linkage. It worked well.1193394

Well there's good and less good.
The less good is 1yr ago you knew the part # this year you didn't and I had to call mfg to verify. The good is you were pleasant to work with. Shipped the same day and sent me tracking information. Warranty work on my past purchase (Air Force One) braking system problem was not resolved.1741128

Purchased steering stabilizer and swaybar at same time . Better than expected results , much improved wind drift and cornering as well as returning to driving lane from berm .

Before installing this stabilizer on our coach you wanted to keep both hands on the wheel due to the drifting around in the lane. After we had it installed, there is no longer a need to use both hands to control the coach and maintain a straight path in our lane.1527751

Again the videos you have are great. The video even told me the wrench sizes to use which really helps with getting ready to get started. It was an easy install after watching the video. I referred to my phone as I installed it and now I'm ready for a test drive now to make sure it drives straight.1749257

Stabilizer working fine. Now thinking about adding Koni shocks1738071

To start off, the folks at etrailer were the most professional and helpful. I cannot remember a company I have dealt with in the past that offers such help in determining the correct product and answering my many questions.

The installation of the RBK22 bracket was flawless. I was very concerned because of the size of my Newmar Country Star 3911 motor home (26,000 GVRW). The U bolt nuts came off without a lot of strain, since I went out an purchased a 3/4" breaker bar. We installed the mounting bracket and re torqued the U bolt nuts to the factory 250 ft. lbs of torque.

Installing the RSSA went smooth as well. Check out the pictures below. We then took the motor home out on the freeway and drove it between 65 - 70 mph. Steering was wonderful! Before, I could only drive 55 mph and had to constantly fight with the steering wheel to keep the motor home straight.

We have driven about 3,400 miles since the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer install. I can honestly say it has made a significant difference in the handling of our Class C RV. Before installing the Stabilizer the RV steering felt like it wanted to drift one way or the other depending on road conditions. This is no longer the case. Much less work to steer.919410

Bought this for my 2022 Thor Hurricane 22K chassis, it seems as the stroke is too short to be able to turn wheels to the stops. So you don’t get into tight spots very easily with out backing up and repositioning yourself to move forward. Also tightened down the tie rod clamps to spec and the end slid on the tie rod just while trying to make a turn into a parking spot. Later had to get underneath and reposition and find center again. Wish I would have spent the money and got something else. Had a safer plus on previous motor home with no problems1772879

Works well, install was a little tough as the video showed mounting bracket instructions different then the bracket I installed . I had to remove the spring u bolt nuts. That was not an easy task. Had to use a breaker bar and my legs to remove them. Install was easy and took about 20 minutes. Steering feels good.Happy with etrailer and the product. 667306

Installed the roadmaster stabilizer on my 2017 F450 Fleetwood Jamboree and just got back from the test drive. Got the positioning just right on the first try. This with my sumo springs have completely transformed my ride.
