The key I ordered to match the lock number on my roof box fit perfectly and has worked well since I bought it. The phone service was excellent when I ordered this item. It was shipped in a timely manner.
My order arrived when I expected it. It was exactly what I ordered and it worked. Now I don't have to sell my bike rack as junk. What more can one ask?

This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.
I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.
Worked for my 1989 VW GTI's roof rack. Very nice that you can still order older keys for older Thule units.

Poor customer service requested a key replace a few weeks ago never received it shipped out another never provided a tracking number for the 2nd one. Customer answered the phone didn’t bother to provide it either but you taken my money with no problem but yet no key. Terrible service and people skills I hope in the fitugff
The key really isn’t the problem the lock is jammed ip and I called the factory and said they won’t sell me a new lock I have to buy a whole new cargo box that’s why I’m leaving a bad review
Thank you for trying to supply a replacement key for my roof rack. Sorry to say that neither key that was sent worked in the SportRack.

The replacement lock I bought from etrailer for my SportRack a Thule roof box has worked wonderfully. I would recommend etrailer to anyone.
