Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're going to take a look at this Greystone pizza oven attachment. With this pizza oven attachment, you're going to be able to enjoy oven fresh pizza while you are out on the road. Now, this is designed to work exclusively with the 17 inch Greystone outdoor griddle and grill. And for your reference, on your screen, I am including our item number to that outdoor griddle and grill.

And you can just take that item number and put it in the search field here at our website at etrailer.com, and it will take you to that griddle and grill. Now this does feature a pizza stone that can be easily removed. So let me go ahead and pop this out here for you real quick. And while we have this stone out, let me go ahead and give you some measurements. Going to line up my ruler here.

So we're sitting right at 12 inches by 12 inches. And to clean this stone, you can just simply use hot water to remove any food residue. And so that's just going to pop right back into place there. And you don't want to use anything abrasive, if you decide to clean that stone off. And it is recommended that you don't put in the dishwasher.

And while we're talking about measurements here, let me just give you some overall measurements of the pizza oven detachment itself. We're sitting right at 17 inches wide by 14 and a quarter inches long. And the measurement at the tallest point here from the base to the center of that arch there, we're sitting pretty close to, right at about six and a half inches tall. Now this is going to be an easy installation and I am going to go ahead and move this off to the side here real quick. I do happen to have the Greystone 17 inch outdoor griddle and grill here.

Just give you the demonstration of how easy this is going to be to install. So to install this, you do want to remove the hand screws first from the four corners here. And I went ahead and did that already before our time together. So once you loosen and remove those hand screws, you're just going to remove the griddle cooking surface and then go ahead and put on the pizza oven attachment and make sure that it is fully inserted there. I've got my hand screws here, and then you just want to make sure that your holes are lined up. And then just go ahead and insert the screws and go ahead and tighten them up. So just wanted to give you a view here from the side of what that looks like. So you can see, this is going to be very easy to do and tightens up very quickly. And it's going to be very easy to switch back and forth from the pizza oven attachment to the griddle surface. So that's going to be really nice and it's not going to be a big time consumer while you switch these out. Of course, you want to make sure that everything is completely cool before you do any of this. So now we are installed. This arched design and the embedded pizza stone is going to distribute and circulate heat from the griddle burners. So it's going to be cooking your pizza from above and below to give it a crisp crust. And so, as you can hopefully see on the inside of that pizza oven attachment, there's holes up there and that's going to allow that heat to distribute all the way through this. And because of that heat circulation and that heat distribution, you want to make sure that you don't touch this attachment while it's cooking. This is going to be very hot with all that heat moving through there. It might be a good idea to even wear some heat resistant gloves while you're cooking, to protect your hands. And especially make sure that your little ones stay away from this while it's cooking. Again, this is designed for outdoor use. So it's going to be a good idea to regularly remove grease or fat from the pizza oven body itself with a soft plastic or wooden scraper. It's not necessary to remove all the grease from the body, but if you want to fully clean it, use hot, soapy water or a cloth or a nylon bristled brush. You do want to make sure that you remove your pizza stone, first, before fully cleaning. Now this compact design of the pizza oven attachment is small and easy to store in your RV. Again, before you remove this, before you store it, you do want to make sure that it is completely cooled down before you remove or store this. Instructions are included to go over some of the details that we covered together today and some other tips about cooking and using this attachment. But overall, I'm really impressed with the ease of installation. And I think if you've already have this outdoor griddle and grill, or if you're planning on getting one, this would be a great attachment to also think about getting, as well, especially if you like cooking your own pizza instead of calling out for delivery.
