Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Demco replacement HD saddle bracket. This is going to replace the saddle bracket on your Demco Hijacker UMS double pivot fifth wheel trailer hitch. This will work for both models of the fifth wheel trailer hitches that you see on the screen there. So if you have either one of those, this is going to be the exact replacement from Demco. So you can trust it is gonna work with your fifth wheel hitch.
You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that. This will work to attach your fifth wheel head to the side plates. It does come with the pivot pins and bushings already assembled in there. So, very easy to get bolted right in place past that pin through to your head unit, and you'll be ready to go. This does have the multiple pre-drilled holes for your different height, hitch heights, to make sure that you're getting everything installed to meet your specifications.
Just like the original, it is gonna have that same sturdy steel construction. It's got the black powder coat finish to help resist rust and corrosion. And it is made here in the USA.
