I am very happy with the CIPA custom mirrors and have now put about 15,000 miles on them. I somehow lost one of the wedges for installation and Stacey A. was able to get me a replacement quickly. Thank you!

Still work fine and as they should. They are loose pieces and can be misplaced or lost. Mine stuck to the mirror well enough that my wife did not realize it was a separate piece when she pulled the tow mirror off at a car wash. Hence we lost it. The great thing is E-trailer quickly got this replacement set to me a a campground out in the middle of nowhere Washington!

I bought these to have the means to attach the mirror if anything happened to the ones shipped with the mirrors. I haven’t had to use them -yet.
Product works well. Shame on me for losing the factory set to a car wash.
