How to Determine the Right Replacement Equalizer for a Horse Trailer
Question:
I need to replace a broken equalizer on my horse trailer. Its an older trailer....it says E-1-S on the equalizer. Could you tell me what replacement parts I would need ?

Expert Reply:
To find the proper replacement equalizer for your horse trailer you will need to take a couple of measurements. Measure from the center of the front hole to the center of the rear hole. Then measure from the center of the top hole down to the center line between the 2 lower holes.
I have included a picture that shows the measurements needed. The standard equalizer is 7-3/4 inches long but the E-Z Flex will fit in place of 7-1/4 to 8-1/4 inch long equalizers.I have also included a link to the right to the equalizers we carry for you.
