Is it Possible to Install Hitch on Honda CR-V Without Raising Vehicle Off Ground
Question:
Id like to know if it is possible to install the trailer hitch without lifting the car off the ground, as I only have a driveway to work in, with nothing to lift the car from the ground.

You should have enough clearance under a CR-V, however you may not know for certain until you are actually under the vehicle. If you find you do not have enough clearance, you can always jack up the rear end and use jack stands -- as long as you take all of the safety precautions associated with using them.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch that you reference is a confirmed fit for your 2002 Honda CR-V. For a wiring harness for your application I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118336. The recommended ball mount is part # 3593. For a 2 inch diameter hitch ball I recommend part # 19258. For a 1-1/7 inch diameter hitch ball I recommend # 19256.
