Curt C59236 Wiring Harness - Right Turn Signal Activates When Left Turn Signal Is Used
Question:
Per your website I ordered a Curt C59236 wiring harness and installed it. Brake lights, and tail lights work correctly as does right turn signal. However when left turn signal is used right turn signal activates. Unless brake pedal is depressed in which case left turn signal functions.

The first thing to do will be to check the input signal on both the green and yellow wires on going to the Curt # C59236 converter. This will allow you to narrow down the cause of the issue and we will know if something is wired incorrectly, or if you have a defective converter.
The best thing to do will be to use a circuit tester like # PTW2992 to see what kind of input signal we are getting on the green and yellow wires. If the input tests normal, but the problem persists we can rule it down to a defective converter and it will need to be replaced under warranty. Defective converters are quite rare, but it has happened before.
It will also be worth double checking your ground and making sure you are grounded to good clean metal free of any rust or corrosion. A bad ground can cause a multitude of issues so it is always good to double check. The intermittent functionality you are describing does sound like a possible ground issue.
If we are not getting proper input when the left turn signal is activated, you will need to test to find the correct right turn circuit at the rear of the vehicle. I have included the diagram below for your reference.
