Trailer Wiring Harness Options for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

i have a 1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo.. I am about to purchase this item and i was wondering if this is usable on my vehicle your code is HM48895 I am ok splicing into the tail lights and i really dont want to have the 4 way plug part stored inside of the jeep.. I have an that fits into my hitch for a brake light also

I checked with Hopkins and wiring harness # HM48895 is not recommended for your 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. If you want a hardwire installation kit then you can use # C59236. Or if you want one that plugs into the port on the vehicle then use # C55369. I have included instructions for each kit and a video showing the # C55369.
