My favorite tire chains for the 225/75R16 tires on your Ram ProMaster are Pewag, with the correct fit being the following part number:

There are a number of reasons why the # PWSXV580 are going to be the best option, starting with the ease of use. Putting them on your tires only requires you to drape them over the top of your tires, pull forward a smidge, pull the rest of the chain over the tire and drive off. When you do they will tighten automatically, saving you from having to spend any more time than needed on the side of the road in the snow.
