How to Determine If 12-1/4" Electric Brake Assembly is Left-Hand or Right-Hand

The photo you sent in is of the Brake Dust Shield # BP15-085 which fits both the Left-Hand # 23-450 and Right-Hand # 23-451 Dexter Axle 12-1/4" electric brake assemblies.
If these are installed on your 10K axle and you're needing to make sure the axle is mounted in the correct orientation then you should be able to determine which side is which depending on where the wiring is coming from and how the brake adjuster is oriented from the back side of the brake assembly. I'm attaching a photo showing what each side will look like from the back side that you can use to compare what you have and make sure you get your axle installed correctly.
