Does Installation of etrailer Hitch on 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Require Trimming and Lowering Exhaust
Question:
Trailer hitch for 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe: your web page says Underbody panels and/or fascia must be temporarily loosened or removed. Trimming may be needed to reattach panel or fascia. Exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation. Is this really true? Ive not had to do this on previous vehicles. thanks.

Looking at the installation instructions, as well as the video, trimming will not be required for the installation of the # e28AR. It appears as though the removal of panels only applies to the Kia Sorento, not your 2023 Santa Fe. However, you will have to lower the exhaust to be able to access the weld nuts.
