Recommended Solar Charge Controller for Bluetti PV200 Watt Solar Panel
Question:
I own a Bluetti brand model PV200W solar panel. I am wanting to connect it to my class B Coachmen Galleria camper van using the external solar port on the van. The port is the SAE type connector. Can you please recommend a solar charge controller for this solar panel.

Expert Reply:
I looked up the Bluetti PV200 Watt Solar Panel and show it draws up to 9.7 amps at max current. Therefore, a 10 amp charge controller like the Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller with USB Port part # 34280503 will work and is what I recommend. It has multiple charging modes for different battery types, and easy to read LCD display, and a USB port for quick charging of smaller accessories.
