If your Karavan trailer has a 3,500 lb axle (which I believe you do) then yes, the 10" Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-26-27 will work great for your application!
There are some other parts you need if you're upgrading your trailer to have electric brakes:
- 10 Gauge Wiring # 10-1-1 (enough to reach from your trailer connector to 1 brake and then along the axle to the other brake)
- Butt Connectors # DW05745-10
- Junction Box Kit # 3430001-JBK
- 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector # H20043
- Breakaway Battery Kit # 3802346
