I do have an option for you but there is no trailer brake controller port under the dash on a 2013 Cadillac SRX. In order to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 you will need to hardwire using a few different parts. I have attached a list with these below.
Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 56096 (With Tow Package)
Curt Upgraded Circuit Protected Powered Tail Light Converter part # C59496 (Without Tow Package)
Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7
The hardwire process is not difficult but it will take some time. Thankfully, the kit has everything you need for this from the wires to the connectors and circuit breakers so there will be no trips to the store in the middle of your install. The most common question we get when installing this is kit is about hooking up the red wire from the controller to the stop light switch on the vehicle, unfortunately we don't know which exact color wire you will need to tie into but there is a circuit tester that comes in the kit so you can confirm this yourself. The rest should be smooth sailing.
