Wireless Brake Controller Recommendation for 2023 Toyota Highlander with 4-Way
Question:
Hello! Im wondering if you could recommend what equipment I should buy. I have a 2023 Toyota Highlander LE with a 4 point wiring harness. I would like to get to add a 7 point connector and a brake controller. I was looking at some of the bluetooth options to limit what wiring I would need to add, but it looks like they dont allow the battery on the trailer to be charged? Is that correct? Thanks for your help.

The Curt Echo Mobile wireless brake controller part # C51180 is a great option that does minimize wiring to install and does still allow the trailer battery to charge via the 12 volt accessory circuit of the 7-way. Since you have an active 4-way already all that you need is the wireless brake controller install kit part # ETBC7L with the Echo and you'd be set.
