Expert Reply:
The Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # 6-109 will not work with Dexter 10 K Axles, Instead you will need the Flange Wheel Nut # 95188.
These lug nuts are commonly used on hub-piloted trailer wheels. The flange nut fits a 5/8 inch wheel bolt.

This answer to the question adam is asking is yes, they will work with 10k axles. if you use the 5/8" cone lug nut 6-109, then you would also use a wheel retaining ring. Alternatively, you can also use the swivel flange nuts. Either or will work great.
