The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266 will provide you with a 7-way connector in your 2023 Nissan Frontier with no tow package. I recommend adding the Hopkins Universal Mounting Bracket for 7-Way # HM48625 and the No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136 for mounting the 7-way.
If you ever need a 4-way connector, you can use the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716 which will adapt the 7-way to a 4-way.
