I did some checking and can verify the Curt # C94WR is a confirmed fit for the 2023 Hyundai Tucson so it would work great.

You actually do not have to push any of the wiring of the Curt trailer wiring harness #CU94FR through the interior of the vehicle. If you watch the install video I attached you can see that it stays outside of the vehicle.
