Helpful Expert Reply:

A 12 inch, 6-lug hub is going to be a 6,000 lb axle, so the correct electric brakes are the following, and you can choose from manual adjust or self-adjust (Nev-R-Adjust) brakes:

- Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # 23-105-106

- Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # 23-458-459

You will also need the mounting hardware, the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12.

If you need butt connectors to attach the wires you can use the Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 12-10 Gauge # DW05745-5.
