Is it done charging when the green light stops going off and on?

Are all the LED lights supposed to be lighted when the Green LED is solid?

@SteveH No. The instructions say that all four Charge LEDs will be on until the battery is fully charged. Once it's at 100% charge then the Green LED will be solid and the Charge LEDs will turn off.
