What 4 way bracket do you recommend for mounting with this hitch?

I'd be happy to assist you with that. You'll want to use the # 18144 mount along with the # 18140 stand-off bracket.

The # 18140 would be mounted to the underside of the # C77FR hitch crossbar using the provided band clamp and the # 18144 would bolt to the stand-off using the provided hardware as shown in the provided photo. The only difference is that the # 18140 would mount to the underside of the hitch crossbar, in order to clear the underside of the bumper fascia.
