Expert Reply:
The etrailer brand Class III hitch you'd looked at, part # e98843 is a fit for all models of the 2020 Kia Sorento, including your Sorento LX, so it'll fit perfectly for you.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # C56332 for vehicles that have the tow package or # 118583 vehicles without the tow package. If you're not sure if the vehicle is equipped with the tow package, just call the dealer and provide the VIN, and they'll be able to tell you how the vehicle was equipped.
You'll also need a # D-28 ball mount, a # PC3 hitch pin and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
I've linked to some installation videos that you might find helpful.
