Replacement For Discontinued Atwood Drum Brake Actuator For 2 Inch Hitch Ball

Will the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs Item # DM72VR Work as well as the Titan?

Thanks for all that detailed info, and Atwood is out of business which is why you can't find the exact replacement. We do have an option for you, that will bolt on, with the caveat being you will likely have to use shims. The reason for that is the only option to replace it is a bolt-on coupler meant for 3" wide channel tongues, so it won't be quite 3-1/2" wide.

So what I recommend is one from Titan, which does have mounting holes 3" apart on center like yours, but you will also need to add the reverse lockout:

- Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum - Multi-Fit Ball # T43397007K

- Replacement Solenoid Valve for Titan Brake Actuators # T4748800

Yes it will; if you'd like you can use the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs # DM72VR. This also doesn't have a lockout but you can still use the Titan # T4748800 with this actuator.
