Whats Difference between the Curt # CU29FR and the etrailer - 2 # e56YR for My 2022 Traverse?
Question:
I have a 2022 Chevy Traverse. What is the difference between the Curt and the etrailer hitch?

When looking at the Curt - 2" # CU29FR and the etrailer - 2" # e56YR, the only difference is that the Curt hitch comes with a gloss outer coating over the base powder coat that provides you with superior protection against rust and corrosion.
Other than this difference, the hitches are virtually the same in all other aspects. Given these differences, I recommend the Curt hitch over the etrailer hitch.
To complete the setup, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Wiring Harness - 4-Way # 118761 if you do not have wiring installed already. This harness provides your trailer with basic brake lights, running lights, and turn signal functions. In addition, I recommend a ball mount/ball like the ones included in the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45534. This kit also comes with a hitch cover and locking hitch pin.
