To wire a 4 speed fan like the East Seventeen 12V RV Ceiling Fan # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY, you'll start by connecting the fan supply wire (black wire) and the light blue wire to household supply.

Next, connect the white neutral wire to the white neutral household wire.

Finally, connect the green ground wire to the household ground wire.
