Best Hitch and Wiring Harness for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson
Question:
Just got a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I occasionally tow a small trailer so I need a hitch and 4-way wiring. Which ones do you recommend?

The hitch that I recommend for your 2022 Hyundai Tucson is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT22MR. This hitch has a bolt-on, no drill installation and will provide you with a 2" hitch receiver opening which is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories like ball mounts, bike racks and cargo carriers. This hitch will be great for pulling your small trailer.
The 4-way wiring I recommend is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat # CU94FR. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side interior trim panel in your rear cargo area. Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed in an out-of-the-way location within your cargo area.
To ensure you have what you need to tow your small trailer you can also pick up the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989891. This kit will provide you with a ball mount, 2 different hitch balls, pin and clip and a storage bag.
