The tail lights for the Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers # 20174 are sealed and there is not a way to replace the bulbs. You can replace the light assemblies with the Optronics Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail - Submersible - Incandescent - Oval - Red Lens # ST70RB, which is the light used in the kit.
