For your 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon the Curt hitch part # C13410 that you referenced is a confirmed fit. This is a mostly hidden 2 inch hitch which for most people is the most desirable. Since only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper it's less visible and since most hitch accessories are for 2 inch hitches this size is what I would recommend.

If you need trailer wiring too the Tekonsha kit part # 118467 is the easiest to install and has most reliable converter box.
