Yes, the Spectro junction box can be used in your tow vehicle for making wiring connections. This part has a heavy-duty weatherproof plastic housing and includes grommets and cable clamps. You will need to supply two nuts, washers and 1/4-inch bolts of the appropriate length to install the box on your vehicle.

I have linked a video showing installation of this part on a trailer frame. The housing measures 3-1/2 x 2-1/4 x 7 inches.
