Hitch Receiver Adapter With a 6" Rise For Tow Bars To Sit Level
Question:
I see many using the and a bike rack on top. Im just the opposite I need a 5.5inch rise for my tow bar to be level. Can I use this for that?

Yes, the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-6 can be flipped to raise the receiver 6" and allow your tow bar to be level. You would not be able to use the lower receiver tube with your tow bar on top.
I recommend the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter # RM-048-6 for raising your tow bars. This will ensure that the additional receiver does not hang to low as it may catch on road debris or contact speed bumps depending on the height of your vehicle receiver.
The Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061 are recommended to remove the rattle in the receivers and ensure the tow bar is solid and doesn't cause additional stress on the receivers or hitch pins.
