To figure out how much your 2021 AWD LT 3LT can tow, you will need to check the inside door jamb on the driver side. There will be a sticker with all the capacities the vehicle can handle.
If it does say you can handle the 5,000 pounds, the Curt # CU29FR will definitely be a good option. This is rated up to 5,000 pounds towing and 750 pounds of tongue weight. You will also need some wiring to get all the lights working, but this will depend on if the trailer has brakes or not.
If the trailer does not have brakes, you will need the Tekonsha # 118761. This will plug directly into a port at the rear of the vehicle and will get all the lights on the trailer working properly.
If the trailer does have brakes, you will still need the Tekonsha # 118761, but you will also need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This will be a 7 Way plug that ill also plug directly into the vehicle, but will also have the needed ports and power. However, you will also need a brake controller, like the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160. This will get the brakes on the trailer working.
