Could Fender Mounted Jerry Can Holder for Jeep Wrangler MR69MR Attach to Hitch Directly

Hi, I would like to know if your Fender Mounted Jerry Can Holder for Jeep Wrangler MR69MR could be use with a hitch on my JLU instead on being installed on the frame. If not, do you have a solution for me to carry from time to time extra fuel container using the hitch of my JLU ? I know that you cargo carrier but all those I find are too long and will hide my license plate do you have carrier carrier that are max 32 inch long ? Thanks

Yes you could use just the carrier and shank of the Fender Mounted Jerry Can Holder for Jeep Wrangler TJ and YJ # MR69MR in the hitch of your 2018 Jeep JL Unlimited if you wanted to. This comes with basically a hitch that attaches to the frame but you wouldn't have to use it.
