Expert Reply:
The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-465 is the replacement for your passenger side brake assembly. This matches what was put on by Dexter.
The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-219-13UC3 matches what was originally put on your 2019 Forest River Cedar Creek 37TRH, with one exception. You axle has the E-Z cap that you can either transfer to the new hub assembly.
