Trailer Hitch Receiver For A 1987 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia

I need a hitch assembly with 2 receiver for a 1987 VW Vanagon Westfalia. do you have one that will work. Thanks,

We do not carry a custom fit hitch for your 1987 Volkswagen Vanagon, but we have one that is adjustable the will work! This Curt hitch # C13701 can adjust from 18 to 51 inches which will work with your frame. You will have to drill some holes to make it work. You could also weld it to the frame but that is up to you. If you plan on reselling the Vanagon then I suggest a bolt on install just to save the frame just in case you needed to remove it.
This is a class III hitch and would work well with our cargo carrier # e98874 and if you plan on traveling when it's raining grab this bag that goes with it # 988501. I would get the smaller bag # e98990 if you had a generator you wanted to bring. If you did go with our carrier, I recommend using a lock # e99047. Your van will draw A LOT of attention as you probably already have noticed so locking your accessories in your hitch is a must.
