Compatibility of the e99007 Hitch Stabilizer with 3 Inch Receiver with Reducers
Question:
I have an 2020 F350 with a 3inch receiver. I purchased the reducers 2.5inch and 2inch for my 2inch hitch. I did not see the dimensions for this device, so I do not know if the u-bolt is long enough/if it will work for me. Is the anti-rattle hitch stabilizer long enough to reach from the top lip of the 3inch receiver to the bottom side of the 2inch hitch? If you do not believe this will work, can you recommend a part that will work to reduce the hitch movement. Thank you for your time

The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Stabilizer for 2" Hitches - Vinyl Coated Steel # e99007 is compatible with your 2 inch ball mount. The U-bolt is 4-1/4 inches tall overall and 2 inches wide on the inside. This should allow for snugging your ball mount into your receiver depending on the reducers used.
If you have a stacked reducer like the Curt Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeves - 3" to 2-1/2" or 2" # C45408 the collar may have too much of a gap to overcome with that type of stabilizer but there currently isn't a great option available for that large a receiver. A better reducer for this style stabilizer is the Buyers Products 3" to 2" Receiver Tube Adapter # 337RTA302 which would then allow that stabilizer to work very well.
