The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98902 is a great hitch for this application. Wiring is also needed to operate the lights of the trailer. Using the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118563 will work out really well with either style tailights the LED and Standard.
I have linked installation videos on both of these for you to check out. It really is quite straight forward and can be accomplished in a day easily.
For a ball mount the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches part # 989900 gives you several options of rise and drop and is a great way to be able to haul multiple types of trailer.
