For your 2014 Honda CR-V, The Demco Commander Tow Bar # DM9511012 is a great fit. I recommend using the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # DM9519328 on your vehicle which will connect well with that tow bar. If you don't have the safety cables then you will also need RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643.

You will also need the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56304 for your vehicle wiring. Fuse(s) must be pulled during towing so please check your owner's manual. If your owner's manual says to only pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, use part # RM76511; if it states to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse, use part # RM76512 instead. The Owner's manuals for 2014 Honda CRVs may incorrectly identify the fuse in the schematic. See TSIB 151 at Roadmaster's website for more information.

Finally for the braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR which will require a power outlet # RM-9332. I've attached some videos to assist. You may need a high-low adapter but the Demco tow bars have a slight rise or drop integrated so you may not need it.
