Why Doesn't the Gen-Y Torsion Ball Mount Have Set Screws To Secure Ball and Pintle Latch?

was wondering if this a older model do not see the threaded holes on the left side of the multiple receivers where the set bolts turn into to tighten the ball and the pintle tab down to stop chatter??

The Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2-1/2" Hitch - 6" Drop/Rise - 32K # GY79FR is not an older model. It is a newer model that has the rounded portion that is like a ramp on the ball mount to help with the lunette ring where the older models didn't have that.
There are some models that have the additional threaded holes you referenced but not all of them have that option. You may be interested in the Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2-1/2" Hitch - 5" Drop/Rise - 16K # 325-GH-1124 or the Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2-1/2" Hitch - 7-1/2" Drop/Rise - 16K # 325-GH-1125.
