Picking Out New Hub/Drums and Brake Assemblies for Dexter 3,000 lb Axle
Question:
I just purchased a 2002 17.6 travel trailer that likely has never had any brake work performed on it. When I took the dust cap off there wasnt even any grease on the bearing. So, because of this and since its 18 years. Im inclined to replace all the associated electric brake related components - rather than just a few items. What all will I need to complete this task. Note: This camper uses a 13inch tire Ive attached a picture of a tag that was on the axle. Regards,

Thanks for the picture of your axle tag. That indicates you have a Dexter 3,000 lb axle so the correct hub and drum would then be the part # 008-418-02. Then for new brake assemblies you'd want the part # 23-468 and # 23-469 and you'd be set.
