The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT73RR is an excellent option for a 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon and it offers the easiest installation because it's the only option that doesn't require you to remove the rear bumper. Therefore, if you will be installing a hitch at home by yourself that then makes this the perfect option. I have attached an install photo of this hitch installed for you.
If you will be towing then you'll also want to use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118467 which is plug and play and provides a standard trailer connector to control the trailer lights. The etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 which then comes with the ball mount/hitch ball would have everything else you need to complete your towing setup.
