There are only universal fits for trailer hitches that fit on trailers like the Crossroads Cruiser 5th wheel trailer you referenced, as they are custom fits, but I can tell you how to determine if one will fit.
What you need to know is if you will be using a frame-mount or, if that's not accessible, a bumper mount, and I'll give you a couple of examples.
The bumper-mounted hitches are the easiest to determine as you just need to know the size of your bumper. The Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100, for example, will fit a 4" square channel bumper.
The frame-mounted hitches require you to know the type of frame your trailer has as well as the dimensions between the frame. The most popular of these hitches is the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # C13704 which fits box frames, C-channel frames and I-beam frames that are between 22" and 66" wide.
