The difference between a hub that fits a 8-10" wheel like part # 34822545BX and 13-15" wheels like part # AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K is normally the hub diameter but that is not always the case. Some hubs are designed for larger wheels because the diameter of the idler hub is larger.

Some manufacturers label their hubs to only be used with certain wheel sizes. The AKIHUB-545-2-LFEZ-2K hub that fits 13-15" wheels is 6.25" compared to Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles part # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K which measures closer to 6".

The most important thing is making sure the axle capacity, bolt pattern, bearings/races/seals are the same as your existing hub to fit the spindle.
